AIR Marine Sailboat Wind Towers from Southwest Windpower

Posted in | Green Products | Wind Power

Southwest Windpower offers a range of wind turbine towers such as monopole towers and tower kits. These towers require no machines or welding except for the larger tower structures that need concrete work. The company provides AIR towers, Skystream 3.7 monopole towers and Whisper guyed tower kits. The AIR marine sailboat tower is designed for mounting Air Breeze, Air X and Air 403 turbines. The towers can be mounted on fiberglass or wooden decks.

The AIR marine sailboat tower’s mast and stays are made of white powder-coated aluminum to resist against corrosion in the marine environment. Stainless steel hardware together with self-locking nuts are utilized for the safety and durability of this marine tower. The mast is available in a height of 9ft, with an outer diameter of 1.9 inches and also has two 9ft stays having an outer diameter of 1 inch.

The tilting mast base of the AIR marine sailboat tower enables users to easily install and access the tower. The stay anchor base mounts can be fully adjustable. The built-in vibration mounts are designed to reduce the sound transmission. This marine tower offered by Southwest Windpower can be installed on a deck or transom within a few hours. The sailboat towers are capable of withstanding hurricane winds. The accessories available for this wind turbine tower include circuit breaker, stop watch and Amp meter.
