Thin Films to Boost Fuel Cell Efficiency
A surprising MIT laboratory finding about the behavior of a thin sheet of material — less than a thousandth of the thickness of a human hair — could lead to improved ways of studying the behavior of electrodes and perhaps ultimately to improvements in the rate of power production from one type of fuel cell, according to a report published this week.

Air Products CEO Initiates Hydrogen Outreach Program
When Air Products’ Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer John McGlade drove to work this morning, he did so with an eye on the future and with the eyes of a lot of fellow drivers watching him. Today McGlade initiated a hydrogen outreach program by traveling to work in an Air Products-branded Chevrolet fuel cell vehicle.
