Snorkel Stove Offers Wood Fired Hot Tubs

Snorkel Stove manufactures the wood fired hot tub that is made of western red cedar. The red cedar wood is rot resistant. The hot tub is heated by a wood stove placed under the water. The stove is made from marine grade aluminum and coated with corrosion proof finish. The fuel feed, air intake and chimney of the wood stove are only exposed. All other components of the stove are submerged in the water. The under water wood stove is cool to touch.

The wood fired hot tub is provided with a remote thermometer and an alarm that can be used to monitor the water temperature. If the water temperature is low, more fuel can be added. If the temperature is high, cold water can be added to the tub. The wood stove can be burned with cordwood for effective burning. The cordwood burns quickly and the heat is transferred into the water faster.
The Snorkel stove, with a 6 x 3 feet tub, heats water at a rate of 31 degrees Celsius per hour, when dried softwood is used and the tub is covered. On demand, the wood fired hot tub can be provided with a Filter Pak 1/15 HP pump along with a filter system, which helps to keep the water clean. In addition, therapy jet systems can also be included with the wood fired tub, offered by Snorkel Stove, as optional.
