Bosch Solar Energy offers the Bosch Solar Module c-Si M 60. This module is available in 220, 225, 230, 235, and 240 W ranges with ±2.5 W power changes.

The c-Si M 60 solar module is offered in a glass-foil laminated structure with anodized aluminum frame and a weather resistant back sheet in white color. This module incorporates 60 monocrystalline solar cells of 156 mm x 156 mm size. This model has an IP 65 junction with connector and cable.

The approximate length x width x height of the Bosch Solar Module c-Si M 60 M240 3BB model is 1662 mm x 992 mm x 42 mm and weighs 22 kg. Under standard test conditions this solar module is designed to offer a Pmpp of 240 W, a Vmpp of 30.20 V, an Impp of 7.95 A, a Voc of 36.80 V, an Isc of 8.50 A, and a maximum system voltage of 1000 V. Under NOCT this module is designed to offer Pmpp of 173 w, a Vmpp of 27.44 V, a Voc of 34.09 V, and an Isc of 6.84 A.

The thermal characteristics of this c-Si M 60 M240 3BB module include an operating temperature range of –40 to 85 °C, a temperature coefficient Pmpp of  –0.50 %/K, a temperature coefficient Voc of  –0.36 %/K, and a temperature coefficient Isc of 0.039 %/K. This CE conformity module meets the requirement of protection class II / IEC 61730 and product certification to IEC 61215 (ed. 2).
