Broadlane, a cost-management solution provider for the healthcare industry, has received the Practice Greenhealth Champion for Change award, sponsored by Practice Greenhealth, a national organization meant for healthcare institutions committed to environmentally-friendly practices.
This award recognizes organizations and businesses that have successfully implemented green practices in their own institution and have assisted their healthcare customers enhance their environmental performance.
The novel award recognizes the latest environmental advances of Broadlane. In 2009, Broadlane allocated its resources to assisting clients integrate environmentally-sustainable initiatives into their procurement processes, building plans and operations. Broadlane collaborates with clients to establish contract with suppliers, which operate in an environmentally-conscious manner and suppliers that provide environmentally-friendly products.
