Wind Prism Technology for Increased Wind Output from Mass Megawatts

Mass Megawatts Wind Power has unveiled "wind prism", a fixture designed to enhance the wind velocity output. Wind prism will be used in all augmenters newly constructed for use in the company’s Multi-Axis Turbosystem (MAT) wind turbines. The augmenter technology present in the turbines currently boosts the wind velocity to over 70%.

Wind prism uses a fitted material to smoothen the augmenter’s internal sides. This results in decreasing turbulence, which induces greater wind speed and electricity generation. The company will make the wind prism a permanent fixture for all MAT augmenter turbines.

The completion of independent, third-party verification of Wind Prism’s latest technology will allow Mass Megawatts to expand marketing strategies with an edge over the propeller-style technologies currently prevalent in the industry.

The company has recently raised enough funds to pay off all its remaining debt and enable expansion of ongoing operations as well. This has resulted in a near zero debt situation for the company. Elimination of debt and cash flow problems have left the company financially strong and poised for the next milestone – the mass production of MAT wind turbines.
