Matinee Energy Partners with K+Company for Alternative Energy Plant

Matinee Energy, Inc has partnered with K&Company Co., Ltd. (K&C) towards constructing a solar energy plant with 40 MW capacity in California. The two companies have entered into a Pre-Master Agreement towards this plant for which an investment of $200 million will be spent for the construction purposes.

This is the initial phase in Matinee Energy’s solar projects while K&C will be participating in the subsequent phases towards expanding capacities of the energy plants.

K&C and Matinee Energy bring with them the experience and expertise required for delivering new technologies as well as products that suit the energy markets. The alliance will be building resource strengths as well as business capabilities for competing in the green energy market.

Technology solutions would be localized and shared towards efficient integration between the two companies. The companies plan to set up a product development and engineering center for pursuing the rapid expansion of their product lines as well as features customized and palatable to broad range of customers.
