Madico Inc, a producer of advanced laminates, has declared the take over of Solamatrix Inc a manufacturer of SUN-GARD solar control window films. The takeover will benefit Madico with the novel laminating and coating know-how of Solamatrix, its trained staff and its vast client market. The new organization will be focused on achieving the top status in the world wind film market place.
The take over has now made Solamatrix, Inc a part of Madico Inc group. Both the companies have currently decided to operate individually and meet their own established markets. They are aiming to integrate after working out all their strength and weaknesses in the best possible manner to benefit the best interests of the new company, its current suppliers and clients.
Bob Connelly, President and CEO of Madico, called the merger as one of the best moments for Madico. He added that the growth achieved by the company in successive years has prompted the company to look for further development and to meet the growing demands of its clients. He further said that his company is planning for a successful alignment with Solamatrix to match the current dynamic functions of Solamatrix to aptly connect with the future outlook of Madico to reach a win-win situation for both the companies. He concluded saying that the take over adequately depicts the long term commitment of the company to enter into the window film market and achieve its growth while continuing to preserve the quality of its products and services in the best interests of its clients.
