Solyndra, Inc, a cylindrical photovoltaic (CPV) systems manufacturer from USA, has declared the availability of Solyndra 200 Series. The product said to be ideal for use over bigger sized commercial rooftops, incorporates a proven technology and offers easy and quicker installation with low level distribution of its load and with reduced installation costs.
The lightweight panels come as a boon for the older rooftops with distributed weight over the roofs. The panels can be installed without the requirement of roof penetrations or ballasting and can be set quickly than the flat type of solar panels. This feature reduces the interruptions to the continuing of business and also reduces the payment towards labor. The CPV system utilizes around 80% fewer parts than any other conventional system and does away with the array ground requirements to further lower the installation costs.
