According to a report in Offnews, Brazil is capable of producing more than 12,200 MW of electricity through sugarcane, which exceeds the 4500 MW power generation capacity of the Belo Monte hydroelectric station.
The Belo Monte hydroelectric station will be constructed at the Brazilian Amazonian forest and will be the third major power plant in the globe.
