DC Power Systems and Solar Depot declared that they have jointly formed a new distribution company called SolarNet in the solar energy industry.

Functioning as two companies within SolarNet both the companies will cater to the needs of over five thousand renewable energy traders all over the USA thus shaping into the  biggest distribution company in the solar industry.

DC Power and Solar Depot are looking forward to harvest the gains of jointly working by equally utilizing the distribution warehouses located in the various regions and by setting up of new warehouses in locations that are not covered. The cost and functional benefits attained through the integration will allow both the companies to have a competitive market advantage. The combination will allow the companies to command respect in the market with wind energy, solar thermal and photovoltaic products from leading brands.

Both the companies have decided to continue with their own brand identity while providing the clients better service with improved communication facilities. The clients will continue to interact with the same companies as before without any change.
