Clean Energy Pathways Establishes New Company with Focus on Green Energy Savings

Clean Energy Pathways, an alternative and renewable energy solutions company has formed a new corporation in the state of New York.

Clean Energy Power, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Energy Pathways was formed to specifically focus on the fast growing market of all aspects of "green energy" savings. Our marketing and sales efforts for this new company will be concentrated in developing and installing LED lighting projects, "green refrigeration" and HVAC installations and expanding our offerings in Solar Thermal installations, says Jon Chynoweth, Board Chairman.

Given all of the recent large incentives being made available by large New York State utilities for lighting, solar and other energy saving technologies, we have developed a comprehensive and far reaching business plan to actively pursue these lucrative opportunities, says Chynoweth!

Through distribution agreements with LED Lumina, United States manufactured in Long Island with permission to private label under the name of Clean Energy Power and also agreements with Philips Lightolier as a Philips Certified LED professional, we are well positioned to be a major player in the LED lighting marketplace.

Following our business model of building investor value through viable "Green Technology" to the fast growing environmentally conscious will continue to drive our efforts and position us in these markets, says Chynoweth.
