Amerisolar produces a range of photovoltaic modules. The AS-5M photovoltaic module from the company is made of monocrystalline silicon cells. The solar module consists of 72 monocrystalline cells connected in a matrix of 6 x 12. The dimensions of each photovoltaic cell are 125 x 125mm.

The operating temperature range of the solar module is -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The maximum system voltage of the AS-5M photovoltaic module is 1,000V DC. The surface of the AS-5M monocrystalline module can stand a maximum load of 540kg per meter square. This solar module measures 1580 x 808 x 45mm, with a weight of 15.5kgs.
