Seguin Heating & Air Conditioning installs geothermal heating and cooling systems manufactured by WaterFurnace. The Premier Series water source heat pump is available in 10 different models, both in horizontal and vertical configuration. It is a water-to-air unit designed for commercial applications. This heat pump has 18.9 EER and 3.8 COP.
The Premier Series water source heat pump
The Copeland scroll compressors incorporated with the Premier Series water source heat pump provide smooth operation. The microprocessor control chains all components for optimal performance and provides easy troubleshooting features with on-board diagnostics and fault lights. This water-to-air heat pump operates efficiently with a range of liquid temperatures from 25 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit and flow rates, which is as low as 1.5 GPM/ton. It is equipped with a variable speed ECM2 blower motors used for various duct applications.
The Premier Series water source heat pump has an optional desuperheater along with an internal pump to generate hot water, and at the same time improves the over-all efficiency of the system. The oversized coaxial tube water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger is designed to operate at a low liquid pressure. There are removable panels for accessing internal components for easy maintenance and service. The P 010 water loop heat pump model has a heating capacity of 12,200 BTU/h and a cooling capacity of 9,600 BTU/h. It has 14.5 EER and 5.2 COP.
