Alternative Energy Solutions offers different models of SunWize solar panels including the SW85 model. This solar module is made using the monocrystalline cell technology. The PV panel is suitable for single as well as multi solar module installations. The solar panel can be used along with high voltage inverters for grid-tie systems. SunWize SW85 Solar Panel
The SunWize SW85 solar panel comprises 36 monocrystalline solar cells that are connected in series. The photovoltaic cells are encapsulated in ethylene vinyl acetate layers and laminated at the back with white Tedlar film. This encapsulation protects the solar cells from extreme climatic conditions. The SunWize SW85 PV module is equipped with a weather resistant junction box that incorporates an electrical conduit, strain relief connectors and other wiring methods. The junction box also features bypass diodes to ensure reliability of the panel.
The SunWize SW85 solar panel has a front glass that is impact resistant. The anodized aluminum frame of the PV module features pre-drilled holes to provide easy mounting. The tubular aluminum frame brings additional durability and strength to the panel. The rated power of the SunWize SW85 PV module is 85 watts. The rated current and voltage is 4.88 amperes and 17.4 volts, respectively. This solar panel, offered by Alternative Energy Solutions, measures 56.93 x 22.8 inches and weighs 23 pounds.
