Solar Hut Offers 1.5 kW Solar Power Systems

Solar Hut offers different solar power systems with various capacities including the 1.5 kilowatt unit. The 1.5 kilowatt solar power system, a grid connected system, includes eight solar modules and one inverter. The solar panels used in the solar system are 190 watt polycrystalline modules manufactured by Suntech. The inverter included is the SMA Sunny Boy 1700 model. The solar electric system is installed at the site by an electrician who is BCSE accredited.

1.5 kW Solar Power System

The 1.5 kilowatt solar power system, provided by Solar Hut, features a mounting system made of either stainless steel or aluminum, to mount the solar modules. The gross area covered by the solar modules on the roof is 10 square meters. The SMA Sunny Boy 1700 inverter of the solar electric system measures 434 x 295 x 214mm. The maximum DC voltage of the inverter is 400 volts, while the minimum DC voltage is 150 volts. The maximum DC input current of the inverter is 12.6 amperes.

The maximum power input of the SMA Sunny Boy 1700 inverter is 2100 watts and the maximum output power is 1,700 watts. The maximum number of photovoltaic module allowed for one inverter is twelve. Solar Hut can install the 1.5 kilowatt solar power system within 8 to 12 weeks time, after the required approval is obtained. The company also provides onsite system demonstration and training.
