EESONA Holdings, a leading green energy management technology provider for industrial and commercial sector including municipalities, announced a new energy saving pilot project with Twin River Casino. The objective of the project is to optimize energy efficiency intelligently. EESONA’s LuxWiz AES-Pro energy saving unit will be installed by the company on Twin River's lighting systems, which will help the casino to cut down its energy costs and conserve energy.
VP of Sales at EESONA, David Lowman, said that without any capital expenditure Twin River will be able to save on energy bills through this pilot project. Businesses are hesitant to install new energy saving technologies due to the cost factor and EESONA has established a partnership program to address this challenge. The LuxWiz AES-Pro will help Twin River to reduce its energy bill without any cost to the company and will not impact the productivity of the operation.
The LuxWiz AES-Pro is a cost and energy savings as well as eco-friendly solution for organizations that use a substantial amount of artificial lighting. Through a computer and a toroidal transformer, the LuxWiz AES-Pro controls the load requirements of a given lighting system resulting in a savings of up to 33% kWh of electricity. The product is available in both high intensity discharge and fluorescent models and can be integrated seamlessly across a wide range of lighting systems.
Twin River Casino with an area of 500,000 square feet is located in Lincoln, Rhode Island. More than 7 MW of electricity is consumed by the casino daily. The new energy efficiency system is expected to result in a saving of 20% on the casino’s energy bill.
