Company Background
Bella Energy is the new brand of Colorado’s oldest and most experienced
solar company. Jim Welch, a leader in the renewable energy industry for almost
30 years, started the company in 1982 as Remote Power International, later becoming
Sun Electric Systems. Remote Power is arguably the first to install and sell
solar electric systems in Colorado. We were a solar thermal company at that
time and got curious about creating electricity from the sun.
Bella Energy offers complete solutions beyond solar electric including energy
analysis, solar domestic hot water, and solar heating. Our mission remains to
empower communities with unique solar energy solutions; solutions that will
evolve as the solar industry grows and we continue to lead.
