Primozone GM-series

The new GM-series ozone generators are built on the revolutionary ozone technology that comes from the patented Primozone aluminum reactor. This technology allows a reliable and consistent ozone production with reduced energy consumption and low life-cycle cost.

Advantages of Ozone Generators

The GM-series ozone generators offer the following benefits.

  • High production capacity: Ozone production capacity ranges from 10g O3/h (0,54 lbs/day) up to 100kg O3/h (5390lbs/day). The generators are designed and built to meet the exact ozone amount needed.
  • Highest gas pressure: An absolute gas pressure of up to 3.2 bars (44psi) allows for efficient ozone dissolution and distribution.
  • Highest ozone concentration: An ozone concentration of up to 20wt% allows for efficient ozone dissolution and an energy-efficient ozone production
  • Lowest oxygen consumption: The high ozone concentration reduces oxygen consumption by as much as 50%
  • Sophisticated control system: Advanced control system varies the dosing automatically as per the ozone needed at any given time. This translates into reduced energy consumption
  • EMC-approved: The EMC-approval certifies that ozone generators have no electromagnetic fields that compromise the safety of operators or interfere with other products.

In addition to the above benefits, the GM-series is easy to use and eliminates the need for specialists to operate and control. The modular design guarantees a built in redundancy and offers the ability to design ozone generators according to customer specifications. The generators have a small footprint, which saves valuable space and enables easy retrofitting. Moreover, only yearly maintenance is required, thanks to the sealed maintenance free aluminum reactors.

With a noise level of below 55dB, this ozone generator can be placed anywhere, anyplace. Figures 1 and 2 show the GM18 and GM48 models, respectively.

Efficient Ozone Production

The graph shows that Primozone’s ozone technology has more than 7 times the production capacity at higher ozone concentrations than competitive technology.

Primozone’s ozone technology can deliver both high gas pressure and high ozone concentration at higher levels of ozone output (Figure 3). This is facilitated by the unique aluminum plate reactor technology.
