This line of Micromeritics Flow Reactors (FR), which replaces the Micromeritics Microactivity Effi, has extremely sophisticated modular laboratory screening equipment for determining the activity and selectivity of catalysts. The FR-100 and FR-200 have been designed to help reduce the amount of time and money needed for catalyst development and screening.
Hydrocracking, hydrotreating, isomerization, hydrogenation, hydrodesulfurization (HDS), oxidation, hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), reforming (aromatization), GTL (Fischer-Tropsch), and steam reforming are just a few of the many processes that each model can handle. Studies on sustainable reactions, methane activation, and biofuels are all excellent uses for these tabletop reactors.
