Systema Installs Two SYSCON systems at Bergamo

Two SYSCON solar trackers manufactured by Systema have been installed over the roof tops of a residential multiplex in Cene and at a sports centre sited in Gazzaniga near Bergamo. The SYSCON systems are installed for the purpose of producing hot water at the premises.

The SYSCON system installed at Gazzaniga comprises of two solar trackers to produce 70–100 kW power a day. At Cene residential complex, Systema has installed two solar trackers over the roof and a tracker in the garden to generate a total output of 140 to 200 kW daily.

The SYSCON solar trackers provided by Systema are incorporated with132 mirrors aligned parallely over a surface of 12 sq.m and connected to an exchanger ,with horizontal and vertical global positioning system that relentlessly track the sun to amass excessive sun energy for the purpose of producing hot water up to 110°C.The SYSCON solar trackers automatically retrieve to secure positions during high velocity wind and adverse weather conditions.

Marco Masserini, Gazzanigas Deputy Mayer detailed the progressive energy saving attitude adopted by Bergamo municipality and explained how the new system helps to save on production overheads when compared to conventional photovoltaic modules.
