Global Waste-To-Energy, Corp (GW2E) announced today that it has signed an additional agreement with Freedom Renewable Energy Corporation (FREC) to be the sole distributor of the Biosphere Gasification System(TM) for the countries of Brazil, Dominican Republic and Kyrgyzstan. The agreement will be one of many between the two entities as GW2E expands their initial territory offering.
“We are excited to expand our agreements with FREC to be the sole distributor of the Biosphere System for these countries,” says Douglas Scott, Managing Member of GW2E. “We have good working relationships already in place with the governments in these countries and look forward to introducing technology that will produce energy and clean water for their communities.”
Americas Waste-To-Energy (AW2E) will be the operating company that manages the contracts in Brazil and the Dominican Republic while the parent company GW2E will manage the contract for Kyrgyzstan. GW2E will create business units for each location through separate operating agreements.
“I am extremely pleased with the progress that GW2E has made in these countries,” states Noreen Griffin, Managing Member of FREC. “GW2E is the company that has the knowledge and industry experience to take the technology that Dr. McCormack developed to parts of the world that need it the most. I look forward to seeing the benefits to humanity that they can and will deliver!”
