Americas Waste-To-Energy (AW2E) will be the operating company that manages the contracts in Brazil and the Dominican Republic while the parent company GW2E will manage the contract for Kyrgyzstan. GW2E will create business units for each location through separate operating agreements.

“I am extremely pleased with the progress that GW2E has made in these countries,” states Noreen Griffin, Managing Member of FREC. “GW2E is the company that has the knowledge and industry experience to take the technology that Dr. McCormack developed to parts of the world that need it the most. I look forward to seeing the benefits to humanity that they can and will deliver!”
