C8 Biomass Combustion Systems with Insulated Combustion Units

Talbotts Biomass Energy Systems manufactures a range of biomass heating systems, biomass generators, and biomass power systems. The C range automatic combustion units are deigned to provide warm air or hot water for different applications. They are available in 10 different models. The C8 biomass combustion system has clean burning, and delivers higher heating capacity to suit the requirements of different sites.

The C8 biomass combustion system is constructed with stainless steel saturated pre-cast ceramic lining to provide durability. It has ceramic refractory lining and multiple access ports. This combustion system incorporates a vertical tube heat exchange system for consistent efficiency, along with the self-cleaning feature. It utilizes various types of biomass fuels for burning including softwoods, hardwoods, shavings, paper, hog, chips, sawdust, and energy crops.

The C8 biomass combustion system has a heat output of 2,000kW, and can heat an area of 90,000sq.ft. It measures a length of 23 feet, width of 6 feet 6 inches and a height of 10 feet 8 inches, and weighs up to 72,600 pounds. This automatic combustion unit is completely insulated. The feeding of fuel stock is controlled automatically to eliminate overheating. This combustion system includes a separate combustion chamber and a heat exchange system.
