Talbotts Biomass Energy Systems manufactures biomass boilers and heaters. The company has developed biomass energy systems that produce heat from 50kW to 2,000kW. The two types of biomass boilers produced by the company are, Bio Junior and Bio Senior. The Bio Senior boiler systems are capable of producing heat from 400kW to 2,000kW and are constructed for larger rural properties and farms.

The Bio Senior biomass boiler systems are solid systems that utilize biomass fuels such as wood pellets, wood chips, agricultural residues and energy crops. They are equipped with a step grate system and a horizontal heat exchange system for maximum heat efficiency. There is a combustion chimney fan for safe function. These boiler systems from Talbotts Biomass Energy Systems can be easily connected to the pipe work systems that already exist. For increased heat resistance, these boilers are insulated all around. The Bio Senior boiler systems also incorporate fire protection system and ash clean out door.

The Bio Senior boiler systems are available in different models based on their output capacities. They are: 400kW, 500kW, 600kW, 750kW, 1,000kW, 1,500kW and 2,000kW. These biomass boilers have ceramic lined furnace in high temperature. They are equipped with a cyclone to separate the airborne ash and gather it in an ash bin.
