CONSISTEL has been awarded with another contract to supply Spiro hydrogen fuel cells in Asia. This contract was awarded by P.T. Telkomsel (Telekomunikasi Selular), a leading cellular telecommunications services company in Indonesia. The deployment of Spiro hydrogen fuels within the states of Sumatra will be covered by this contract.
The growing trend among the service providers in choosing green backup power solutions is confirmed by this award. High reliability, quality of service and availability especially in difficult conditions are the demands of the current telecommunications wireless market. Inexpensive backup solution is provided by Spiro hydrogen fuel cells as a result of a decrease in maintenance cost and increase in service life.
An increasing number of service providers are opting for different power sources such as hydrogen fuels as a result of the increasing importance given to eco-friendly and green initiatives. These alternative power sources will help in minimizing the environmental impact and maintaining a reliable network.
