Charmaster Products makes different kinds of wood furnaces including the Charmaster II Wood with Controls model. This is a wood furnace cum fireplace type that can heat up a maximum area of 5,000 square feet. The firebox of the furnace measures 30 inches long, 23 inches wide and 32 inches high. The firebox features 3/16 inch steel plate in front and at sides, and 1/4 inch steel plate at the rear.
Charmaster II Wood with Controls Furnace
The fireplace of the heating system is bolted in position, featuring glass doors to offer a view of the fire. The glass viewing area of the fireplace door is 31 x 18 inches. The Charmaster II Wood with Controls furnace cum fireplace incorporates a 20 gauge steel cabinet that is completely insulated. The cabinet has a baked copper tone enamel finish. The wood furnace, produced by Charmaster Products, requires a Class A chimney with an inside diameter of 8 inches, which is provided separately.
The Charmaster II Wood with Controls furnace/fireplace allows air conditioning. The wood furnace is equipped with a Honeywell thermostat that is used to select the temperature according to the requirement. Other standard components of the wood fireplace include Wayne oil burner and Lennox gas furnace. The 1/2 horse power blower, included with the furnace, can be provided with an optional rotary switch. The dimensions of the wood furnace are 55 x 57 x 28 inches, while the weight is 860 pounds.
