GE Energy offers the GEPVp-066-G a 66 W photovoltaic roof integrated module meant for residential use. This module incorporates 18 polycrystalline cells connected in series and produces a peak power output of 66 W at 9.0 V. The module has a unique interlocking design to maintain the module in right position. This module is available in a number of versions to fit to different types of cement tiles from many manufacturers.
The compact GEPVp-066-G module weighs around 8.2 kg and measures 1494 mm in length and 446 mm breadth. The GEPVp-066-G photovoltaic module flawlessly and easily blends with any type of concrete roof tile. The module is made strong utilizing extruded aluminum and annealed glass assembly. The technology used in the module allows easy installation than any other comparable modules. The other performance characteristics of this module include 9 V maximum power, 7.4 A maximum current power, and 10.9 V open circuit voltage. The normal operating temperature of each cell is estimated as 52„aC and this module uses a 15 A maximum series fuse.
