Centennial Solar offers the CS100T amorphous solar module. This module produces 20% more Wp energy when compared to other crystalline modules. The solar film of this module is pasted over a Tedlar aluminum composite back sheet and a 4 mm thick thermal hardened glass covers the solar film against shocks and motionless stress. This module is incorporated in a corrosion-resistant aluminum anodized frame to withstand stormy wind conditions up to 200 km/h.
The CS100T amorphous solar module with its glass frame, back cover and frame is encapsulated using Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA) for increased resistance against high temperature and other weather vagaries. For the purpose of easy installation, the aluminum frame contains universal type of predrilled holes. The junction box used in the CS100T amorphous Solar Module allows diverse type of circuiting for easy connectivity and comes with a cable 0.8 m in length and 2.5 mm thickness and use MC 1 type of connectivity. The CS100T solar module has an external dimension of 1114 mm x 1414 mm x 35 mm and weighs 19.5 kg. Under standard test conditions this module offers a power of 100 W ±5%, an open circuit voltage of 100V ±5%, an optimum operating voltage of 76 V±5%, a short circuit current of 1.65A ±5%, an optimum operating current of 1.32A ±5% and a module efficiency 6.35%.
This module conveniently operates in temperature ranges from -40 to +85ºC and its maximum system voltage is 1000V DC. This module meets the certification requirements of IEC616146 and IEC61730.
