BioGold Fuels Corporation announced that it has entered into a letter of intent for a strategic alliance with ICM, Inc. to engineer, design, and build BioGold's municipal solid waste to energy plants. ICM will design, engineer, and construct BioGold's next planned waste to energy facility. BioGold will give ICM certain exclusive and preferred rights to engineer and construct all of BioGold's future facilities.

"We feel privileged to be able to work with a world class engineering and construction firm such as ICM," said BioGold's CEO, Steve Racoosin. "ICM has proven their skill in the development and construction of ethanol and renewable fuel facilities and we look forward to working with them to design and construct BioGold's future plants. With ICM's headquarters being located less than an hour drive from our next planned facility in Harvey County, Kansas, BioGold and ICM can work closely on assuring a seamless implementation of this plant."
