EarthSource Energy Solutions manufactures EarthSource Geo Direct range of geothermal heat pumps. These direct exchange geothermal heat pumps heat and cool home, without using oil, gas or other fossil fuels. They control humidity and supply low-cost hot water for domestic purposes. The Geo Direct geothermal heat pumps are available in the following models: DXG 240A, DXG 300A, DXG 360A, DXG 420A, DXG 480A and DXG 600A. The DXG 420A Geo Direct geothermal heat pump has a maximum heating capacity of 42,000 BTU/h and a maximum cooling capacity of 45,000 BTU/h.
The DXG 420A Geo Direct geothermal heat pump is based on DX geothermal technology. In this technology, the refrigerant is circulated through the conductive copper earth loops, which is buried beneath the earth, to transfer thermal energy directly from the earth to home. This direct exchange geothermal system available from EarthSource Energy Solutions can be installed in different configurations such as vertical, horizontal pit, horizontal trench and diagonal. It is supplied with an installation kit that includes distributors, copper loops and other vital components.
When a desuperheater is attached with the DXG 420A Geo Direct geothermal heat pump, it can provide hot water for domestic use. This heat pump includes a plasma air quality system and a corrosion control kit. It measures 23.5 inches (width) x 22.5 inches (depth) x 28.5 inches (height), respectively. By using the geothermal heat pump, users can minimize their heating costs by 40% to 70% and eliminate the burning of fossil fuels.
