American Jianye Greentech Holdings Constructs New Clean Fuels Production Facility in China

American Jianye Greentech Holdings announced that its subsidiary company, Heilongjiang New Clean Fuels Co., Ltd, has established an office and is finishing the construction of a new clean fuels manufacturing facility in Tieling City, China. American Jianye manufactures and distributes alcohol-based fuel products for automobiles in China.

Alcohol-based fuels manufactured by Heilongjiang New Clean Fuels comprise about 85% alcohol and 15% diesel or gasoline, which emits lower levels of carbon and attain high heat value. A Chinese patent has been awarded for this product to the company. In addition, the State Development and Reform Commission has recognized the company’s innovative fuel blending technology.

American Jianye controls more than 80,000 square meters in the 38.33-square-kilometer Tieling Industry Zone. Of the 80,000 square meters, the company has allocated 4,000 square meters for a restructuring and a vehicle conversion facility. Another 10,000 square meters is for clean fuel blending and manufacturing facility. The clean fuels production facility will have the capability to manufacture 200,000 tons of blended fuels per annum, yielding about $100 net profit per ton.

Haipeng Wang, the Company's President, stated that this base will facilitate production of a diversified product line that are competitively priced and will help the company to enter southern, eastern and central markets in China through Qinhuangdao and Yingkou ports. Wang further added that company intends to expand its business by producing a wide range of specialized products.
