Re-Align Technology provides SolarHot solar hot water systems. These systems are suitable for residential applications.
The SolarHot hot water system comprises three main components, namely the hot water or backup tanks, solar collectors and a SolVelox appliance. Solar collectors of this system have flat plates and are available in a black chrome finish. These collectors also consist of tempered glass with low reflection properties. The number of solar collectors required depends on the usage conditions. The collectors consist of different parts such as the absorber plates, black aluminum casing, gasket, solar glass, piping connections, back plate and tubing grid. The absorber plate is coated using black chrome and nickel and is insulated in rigid polyurethane foam.
SolarHot Solar Hot Water Systems
The SolVelox appliance incorporated in the SolarHot hot water system consists of a heat exchanger made of stainless steel, digital temperature controller, valves and pumps. These components function by transferring heat from the collectors to the hot water tank. The SolVelox appliance has a compact design that can be fixed onto the external portion of the storage tank. This appliance has the capacity to manage as many as five solar collectors. The SolVelox appliance can be used in hot water systems that are used for domestic purposes and solar pool heating applications.
The hot water and backup tank available in the SolarHot solar hot water system has the capacity to store 80 gallons of hot water. This tank is available with an inbuilt electric backup.
