Thermo ScientificTM MAX-BevTM CO2 Purity Monitoring System is a completely automated system that checks carbonation streams for all gaseous pollutants using cutting-edge FTIR technology.
The MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System meets the strict requirements set by the European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) and the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) by simultaneously providing accurate measurements of CO2 absolute purity and detecting over 20 impurities down to parts per billion (ppb) levels.
Its sophisticated design allows users to have full control over the input process gas streams across all stages of the carbonation process, including the delivery tanker, pre- and post-filtration phases, and zero gas and validation gas management.
MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System Features
- Total software control is maintained via the large front panel touchscreen or keyboard.
- The ideal system for analyzing the impurities of carbonation gases.
- Impurities in the Bev-gas are rapidly detected, identified, and quantified.
- Certificates of Analysis are easy to generate.
- Common communication protocols for data logging are used for easy incorporation into existing plant designs.
