The Delta 1 wind turbine produces its maximum power of 2 kW at 28 mph wind speed. The start-up wind speed of this turbine is 4 mph, its cut in wind speed is 8 mph and this wind turbine withstands a maximum speed of 100 mph. The wind cage height of this wind turbine is 48 in. and the cage measures 79 in. diameter and weighs 47 lbs. The cage rotates at a maximum of 600 rpm speed with a noise level of 4.5 dB. The generator used in this turbine is constructed using RoHS compliant materials. The direct drive generator has a height of 5.75 in. a diameter of 18.5 in. and weighs 79 lbs. The peak DC output voltage of the Delta 1 wind turbine offered by the One Source is 190 V, and its peak DC current out is 20 A. This wind turbine utilizes two wire electrical connection and use 10 AWG type of wire.
The Delta 1 wind turbine operates in temperatures ranging from -20 to 160°F, its storage temperature ranges from -30 to 160°F and withstands a relative humidity of 95%.
