GoSolarUSA, a company engaged in identifying and developing new technologies, declared that it has contracted a profit participation accord with Xiamen Solar Electronics (XSE), a company that produces Volt Solar Charger add-on for the Apple iPhone.
The accord requires GoSolarUSA to provide development finance for the manufacture of Volt Solar Charger and in return the company will get an agreed percentage on the future worldwide net profits earned by XSE. The signed accord depicts the growing business relationship between the two companies.
The Volt Solar Charger is actually an additional external battery pack attached to the iPhone and it increases the life of the battery by powering the iPhone utilizing an in-built solar panel. The design of the Volt charger enables it to charge all the versions of iPhones by utilizing a single type of charger.
