KACO Solar supplies a range of residential grid-tied inverters and off-grid products. Blueplanet xi-series inverters are residential grid-tied inverters. These inverters are designed for PV generator power that ranges from 1.5 to 6kWp and the input voltage ranges from 125 to 550V DC. There is an integrated DC/AC disconnect switch and the inverter can be separated from the DC/AC disconnect switch box housing. The blueplanet xi-series grid-tied inverter has field programmable positive or negative grounding.
Blueplanet 1502xi Residential Grid-Tied Inverter
The blueplanet 1502xi residential grid-tied inverter is available in convection cooled aluminum housing. It incorporates a programmable LCD display screen along with night switch, plug and play web monitoring and lockable DC/AC disconnect. The plug and play web monitoring is designed for monitoring the PV systems. The maximum power of the PV array is 2kWp and the MPPT range is 125 to 400V DC. The maximum DC input voltage of the blueplanet 1502xi inverter is 500V DC and the maximum short circuit current is 13A DC. The continuous AC output of the system at 40 degree Celsius is 1500W.
The blueplanet 1502xi grid-tied inverter has DC reverse polarity protection, temperature protection and ground fault protection. The backlit LCD display shows 16 characters in two lines. This inverter offered by KACO Solar has ½ inch or ¾ inch knockouts on bottom, sides and rear of unit.
