eSolar CSP Power Plants Supplied by Solaronna

Solaronna provides solar power plants. The eSolar CSP solar power plant produces power by utilizing the Concentrating Solar Power technology. This cost effective solar power plant has the capability to generate solar electricity ranging from 33 megawatts to 500 megawatts. The eSolar CSP solar power plant comprises different components such as a base unit, thermal receiver towers, central power block unit and dual axis heliostat mirrors. The base unit is known as the power unit of the solar power plant, while each thermal receiver tower is fixed with a dual axis heliostat mirror. These towers cover a total area of 160 acres. The central power block unit includes a steam turbine and generator.

The dual axis heliostat mirrors of the solar power plant, provided by Solaronna, reflects the solar heat onto the thermal receiver, which has been mounted on top of the tower. These mirrors track the path of the sun. The collected heat on the thermal receiver boils the water thereby, generating steam.

The eSolar CSP power plant channels this steam obtained from each thermal receiver, which is finally collected at the turbine. This steam drives the turbine and the generator thereby, resulting in the production of solar electricity. After one cycle is completed, the steam gets converted to water by cooling and then the same process continues.
