Mitsubishi Electric Launches Diamond Mount Solar Solution

Mitsubishi Electric has launched its Diamond Mount solar solution, the complete DC solution towards utility and commercial scale solar projects for North American markets.

This Diamond Mount package consists of photovoltaic modules, racking system and balance of system parts. The system’s mechanical and electrical configurations have been pre-designed and all  its components are sourced while being designed for working together in optimizing power output.

Diamond Mount presents the obvious answer for the PV industry’s requirement of an affordable, easy and fast solution for PV projects on a large-scale. Diamond Mount has its availability in blocks of 100 kW, 250 kW as well as 500 kW and has high scalability in the range of 100 kW to 100 MW. This solar solution has been designed for roof-mount projects as well as large ground-mount projects and could be ordered for any tilt angle towards maximizing energy production.

P2 has designed this mounting system for being completely modular while being easy and quick to assemble. The Diamond Mount contains a high ratio in terms of strength-to-weight, makes use of less ballasts and less aluminum than the conventional mounting systems, thus making it a product of superior quality.
