SOL to Supply Solar LED Lightings to U.S. Embassy in Panama City

SOL, a solar LED outdoor lighting solutions providing company, declared that it has been contracted by the Embassy of the United States of America in Panama City to support its energy efficiency plans as desired by President Obama.

Under the Executive Order 13423 and Energy Independence Security Act (EISA), Obama government has made it mandatory for the government agencies to implement energy efficiency initiatives.

SOL will provide solar powered energy saving LED lightings that work without consuming grid power to light up the outdoor places of the embassy. As per the accord, SOL will at the beginning provide four LED lighting systems freely for use in a parking lot and offer installation training for the staff at the Embassy. SOL will install the lightings through its local agent, Willpower, who will coordinate with the Embassy staff in completing the installation. The SOL high flux LED lighting systems used for the installation are designed to offer peerless performance for a number of years thus protecting the embassy from blackouts and saving money spent on fossil fuel energy.

The LED solar lightings will play a vital part in the solar initiatives of the embassy in Panama. The solar LED lights are to be installed soon succeeding a reception at the embassy.
