Clear Skies Solar Announces Second Fully Financed Solar Power Project in New Jersey

Clear Skies Solar is proposing to install a 324-kW solar power system on the ShopRite building in New Jersey. The company supplies renewable energy to agricultural, commercial and industrial customers. This project is Clear Skies Solar’s second fully financed solar power project for the year 2010. New York City-based G&S Investors is providing finance for the project.

Ezra Green, CEO of Clear Skies Solar, said the company’s solar project pipeline is developing positively and the key drivers that are helping this growth include incentives from government, competitive prices of components, and increased and easy solar project financing availability. The company, as announced earlier, will be expanding its activities rapidly. The company’s first major project for the year 2010 will commence on 2nd March. It will be installed on the old Linens & Things building, which is in the Livingston Shopping Plaza. The second project will commence shortly thereafter. The company is delighted about the revival of the financing in the solar energy market and expect to have strong growth throughout 2010, Green said.

CEO of G&S Investors, Gregg Wasser, said the company was happy with the business model adopted by Clear Skies Solar, since it will ensure its projects will be completed within the scheduled time with efficiency and high quality.
