Offshore Production of Renewable Hydrogen

This video introduces PosHYdon, a landmark 15‑partner collaboration to produce green hydrogen offshore. By installing a 1.25 MW Nel electrolyser on an existing North Sea oil & gas platform, 13 km off the Dutch coast, it uses desalinated seawater and wind power to generate roughly 400 kg of hydrogen per day, enough to fuel around 10 city buses.
