Global Technologies Files Patent Protection on 9 Wind Turbine Technologies

Global Technologies has filed for patent protection on nine of its recently purchased Wind Turbine technologies. These technologies were purchased from the extensive intellectual property portfolio of CLE (Creative Laboratories Enterprises) under the core Innovative Wind Turbine Blade Designs.

The company’s developmental progress and acquisition of Wind Turbine Blade Designs technologies have facilitated it to integrate these technologies into the essential Technology Development & Demonstration stage of the Innovative Cycle that includes demonstration, market analysis and prototype.

Global Technologies has formed cross-functional teams with rich experience for guiding each innovation acquisition, system integration and technological adaptation through the necessary steps for successful commercialization. Additionally, Global Technologies expects further development projects and patent applications springing from its main technologies purchased under a contract with CLE valued at $9,000,000.

The company is strongly convinced that the generation of small wind-power has high growth potential, for both commercial as well as residential usage. Pike Research’s recent report indicates that the global small wind market is all set and poised for robust growth in the coming years. Revenues are forecasted to reach $412 million by the year 2013 from the 2009-figure of $203 million.
