enXco Signs Five Year Agreement with Solaria

enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company involved in developing, constructing and operating renewable energy projects all over USA, and Solaria Corp, a company occupied in designing, manufacturing and marketing of silicon PV modules to project developers, electrical utility companies and solar system integrators, has declared the signing of a five year agreement under which Solaria will deliver its trademarked solar module to enXco and enXco will in turn make a small investment in Solaria’s equity.

This agreement which is actually a mix of a regular order with noteworthy options, will allow enXco to include the products in its portfolio while executing utility level PV solar projects in Canada and United States. enXco will have access to the ground mounted tracking solar systems manufactured by Solaria that has UL1703 and IEC61215 standard certification. Also, the cost effective Solaria modules while offering dependable performance, will match the performance of other traditional PV modules available in the market.

David Kirkpatrick, who works in enXco as Vice President of solar development, expressed his happiness about striking a deal with Solaria and believed in their low cost technology developed for use with bigger solar tracking systems. While Daniel Shugar, CEO of Solaria, expressed his happiness about working with enXco, he added the investment made by enXco will further consolidate the position of Solaria as a technology leader.
