CytoGenix Launches BioEnergy, Inc. for Creating Clean Fuels

CytoGenix has created a new subsidiary named BioEnergy, Inc. for evaluating, identifying and developing biologically-based technologies meant for the sector of green energy.

The new company, BioEnergy, a Nevada Corporation, is planning to create clean fuels and renewable energy. CytoGenix is an advanced biotechnology company that develops biotechnology-derived products meant for therapeutic applications and vaccines for humans.

Presently, BioEnergy is negotiating with various entities the co-development and acquisition of such clean energy technologies. Once these negotiations are completed successfully, BioEnergy intends to bring its wide experience range for commercially leveraging energy technologies that are biologically-based under this budding green energy sector.

The CEO of CytoGenix Lex Cowsert has mentioned that the company is excited about this opportunity under the biotechnology field, given its vast experience. This move seems to be the right one at this point of time in an effort to further leverage  its ability and experience towards developing the business plan of the company under the energy sector with the objective of creating a strong value for the shareholders of CytoGenix. He added that the implementation of the business plan of the company would be witnessing an immediate and significant growth that will be reflected in robust revenue growth during 2010.
