Gwangju Technopark Participates in Green Car Korea 2012

Gwangju Technopark participated in 'Green Car Korea 2012' held from 8th, Nov. to 10th at 'Kimdaejung Convention Center', Gwangju Metropolitan City, Korea and introduced support project for next generation car component and exhibited its results.

Gwangju Technopark has promoted companies in 5 categories 'Improving & Developing the function of battery pack for electric car', 'The technology for modularization of Automatic lamp', 'The technology for weight reduction and miniaturization of Motor' and others, to commercialize system and module which are applying to next generation auto.

"Since 2007, we have actively supported companies to create high value in Auto Industry" and "In particular, we are supporting companies so that they can catch the trend and respond to change actively and elastically" said a Yang Dongjo, senior researcher.

Meanwhile, 120 companies which come from 7 countries will participate in the 'Green Car Korea 2012', the Korean representative Exhibition for Green Car. Also there will be business opportunities through 1:1 business talk with invited 90 overseas buyers. Varied seminars will be run and various technologies & products will be exhibited including Hybrid Car, Plug in electric car, Diesel car, Clean diesel car, Electronic bus, Fuel Cell Vehicle and others.
