The exterior of this solar refrigerator is made of strong galvanized steel that is scratch resistant. The interior of this refrigerator is made of aluminum that offers easy cleaning. Other features of the SunDanzer DCR165 DC refrigerator include automatic control, lockable lid, baskets, patented low frost system and interior light.

The DC compressor of the DCR165 DC refrigerator is brushless and it is controlled thermostatically. With a drain hole located at its bottom, this DC refrigerator offers easy cleaning. This low energy consuming refrigerator, provided by Power Up Solar, can also be operated by wind power, batteries and fuel cells. This facilitates using the refrigerator in remote stores, farms, remote homes, eco-resorts, boats, medical clinics, schools, churches, beverage vending and villages. The capacity of the DCR165 DC refrigerator is 165 liters.
