Coemi UK offers the Coemi Skywing 50kw Wind Turbine. This upwind wind turbine can be connected to a three phase grid directly and does not require a rectification, dump or inverter thus allowing the wind turbine to perform more efficiently to meet the requirements of large power consumers and small wind farms.

The hydraulic ram system incorporated with the wind turbine allows easy raising or lowering of the wind turbine for easy erection and servicing. The Coemi Skywing 50kW Wind Turbine offered by the Coemi UK utilizes its hydraulically operated twin disc brakes and yaw motor to stop the wind turbine operations during high velocity wind conditions to protect the blades or during maintenance operations. The clockwise rotating rotor of this wind turbine measures 13.80 m in diameter and incorporates three blades made of glass fiber reinforce plastic. The Coemi Skywing 50kw Wind Turbine produces 400 ±10% VAC three phase power. The blades of this wind turbine starts rotating at 2.5 m/s wind speed and produces its maximum power output at 12.5 m/s wind speed and 59 RPM. This wind turbine stops its rotating operations when the wind speed crosses 20 m/s and this turbine can efficiently survive wind speeds up to 45 m/s.
