Amtech and Subsidiaries to Exhibit at Solar and Semiconductor Trade Shows in San Francisco

Amtech Systems and its subsidiaries will participate in two trade shows - the 2010 Inter Solar North America and SEMICON West solar shows to be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, from 13 to 15 July 2010.

The company, a supplier of automation systems and related products for silicon wafer, solar cell, and semiconductor production, along with solar subsidiaries R2D Automation and Tempress Systems, will exhibit at Booth #9023 in the 2010 Intersolar North America.

With its P.R. Hoffman Machine Products and Bruce Technologies subsidiaries of Amtech Systems will participate in the semiconductor trade show, SEMICON West 2010, in Moscone Center North Hall.

Amtech Systems manufactures capital equipment including thermal processing equipment, silicon wafer handling automation, and related components, utilized in the fabrication of semiconductor devices and solar cells. Semiconductor chips form a part of the electronic components or the circuitry and are made from silicon wafer substrates that are sliced from ingots. Amtech products are deployed in oxidation, diffusion, and deposition, applications involved in the fabrication of semiconductors, solar cells, MEMS and polishing freshly sliced silicon wafers.
