Finavera Renewables Inc., a major green energy and renewable energy producer, has entered into a participation agreement together with McLeod Lake Indian Band (McLeod) towards the Bullmoose, Meikle, Wildmare and Tumbler Ridge wind energy projects. Both the parties McLeod and Finavera Renewables are excited about their commitments in the agreement.
As per the terms of this agreement, both the companies will be addressing key issues such as employment and training opportunities, potential project impact assessments as well as the economic development opportunities. This agreement between McLeod and Finavera Renewables has its focus on exploring common opportunities, priorities and interests, respecting their distinct identities, meaningful consultations and engagements that are result oriented along with a commitment for open and honest sharing of ideas and information as well.
Finavera Renewables is focused on wind energy projects development, renewable energy as well as green energy while McLeod is involved in the construction of roads, sites and pipelines.
