Ten Stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts to Be Outfitted with Energy Savings System

EnerLume Energy Management Corp's. Master Channel Partner, Power Reduction Services, has entered into an agreement with a leading retailer to install the EnerLume EM® fluorescent lighting energy management system in ten stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Under the agreement, Power Reduction Services will supply and install 40 EnerLume EM's in ten stores.

Testing on the EnerLume | EM commenced in February 2007, with two units treating 50% of the fluorescent lights in a demonstration store. In August 2007, two additional units were installed to treat 100% of the store’s fluorescent lights. The local utility provider for the demonstration store verified a 15.6% reduction in kWh consumed as a result of the EnerLume | EM.

“EnerLume is pleased to have our lead product chosen by one of the world’s leading retailers to help reduce its energy costs,” says David J. Murphy, CEO of EnerLume Energy Management Corp. “The Power Reduction Services contract represents a significant milestone for our company. The choice of the EnerLume | EM to assist this retailer in its efforts to reduce its carbon footprint validates, in many respects, our ability to help companies become more energy and cost efficient in the arena of electrical energy conservation.”
